B B day wear

I am most disappointed that you no longer offer tint release day wear. I'm a busy woman and this was a good choice for me and gave me just the covering I wanted. I don't like B B day wear. It is too heavy and doesn't blend with my skin naturally. Please reconsider.

So disappointed

Was disappointed at EL counter to find the Day Wear tinted moisturizer no longer available, but willing to try the new BB product. Very disappointing. Does not go on easily and, even when used over moisturizer, when viewed in outdoor or flourescent lighting looks thick and mask-like. I have used EL products since I was 19 and always loved everything I use, until this product. I have tried other brand BB creams and they were never thick and dry looking like this, but they also weren't as nice as the Day Wear tinted cream. Please bring back the Day Wear product, it was perfect and did not require additional products be used to help it work!!!!

Love this BB creme. I have oily skin and this keeps my face shine-free for hours. The first week I got a few breakouts while my skin was getting used tothis new creme. After that I had noticed nothing but great results. If you have oily skin and you hate how makeup feels on your face you will LOVE this one, it gives you subtle coverage that looks so natural. I recommend that you apply this crème right after your moisturizer so that you can apply this crème easily. I apply first my repair serum, then Clear Difference Moisturizer (the best moisturizer for oily skin) immediately followed by this amazing BB crème.

I totally love this creme..I have used Estee Lauder for 40 years and the quality never lacks. This creme comes out fast from the tube and glides on for all day protection and performance. Wonderful for all skin types & ages. My teens like to steal it.

I started using the DayWare BB creme last year, and I found it absolutely amazing! It fits my skin perfectly well. I don't use a powder or foundation so this creme is an ideal combination of what I need to go through the day: it moistures, protects against the sun and improves my skin tone.

This worked great for me, I wanted something for the weekends with good sun protection. I recommend you use a moisturizer under it as otherwise it goes on a little too dry. I thought the light was a perfect color for me and I usually wear double wear light foundation number 2.

BB cream not for me

I've worn Lucidy, Equalizer, and most recently Double Wear over the 30 years of using EL exclusively. Unfortunately, as I've aged I found that the Double Wear seemed to look mask-like and dry so I thought I'd try the BB, at least for the summer. For me, this product couldn't be more wrong. Each dot of cream dried so fast on my face that I had to spread one dot at a time, one section at a time with barely enough time to spread each before it dried in place. It emphasized each dry area on my face. Felt as if my skin was "smothering". My regular makeup remover would not take it off at night...I finally resorted to my eye makeup remover to get it off. I tried it for 2 days. I've now broken out in random areas on my face & am not wearing any foundation until I heal back and rid myself of these bumps. I had high hopes for this BB cream - after all it is EL - but I'm very disappointed. Back to the drawing board.

I think the mistake some people may be making is applying this as they would a foundation. You only need a small amount of this product. Yes, it is thicker, but this is after all a beauty balm, hence the BB name. I wear the medium. In the winter, when I am fairer, I use less and the color is then lighter. In the warmer months when I usually get a bit more color despite doing my best not to, I apply a little more and it adjusts beautifully to match my skin tone. I bought this last year and it really lasts a long time if the right amount is applied because a little goes a long way. Love the soft glow and coverage it provides!

Not my old Day Wear!!

I have used the old Day Wear and loved it. The new Day Wear is not as moist as the old. It just doesnt go on as smooth. It is llike it needs more of the moisture creme in it like the old had. Very Sad that it had to change. I love the Estee Lauder line of make up. It doesn't brake out my face.I havent found any that I wasnt happy with until the new Day Wear BB creme. I loved the light weight feeling of the old creme and how it just fit my color. Please consider bringing back the old Day Wear.

Great but needs more color options

I really love this product but unfortunately won't be able purchase it again because there are only two color options. The fair is still to dark for my skin tone (which isn't even that fair!). I love this product because of the high SPF and coverage. It's thick but doesn't feel heavy on and wearing it alone instantly tones my red cheeks. At first I was concerned about the small size but I've had it for over four months and am only halfway through. I use a lIttle less than a pea sized amount everyday. Great product if you're looking for coverage, SPF and it fits your skin tone.

First of all EL, you only made two shades in this product...did you really think about this? It doesn't compare to the daywear sheer tint release. My face broke out within two days. In the future please ensure that kiosk personnel in retail stores is familiar with the product. I'm returning the BB cream today! Give us choices. Bring back the sheer tint release.

This product is a good product, I just expected it to be more like a lotion and ordered the cream. It definitely is a great product, I would just order the lotion next time.

Poor Substitute for Daywear Sheet Tint

I keep asking at your retail counters and have been told that the Daywear Sheer Tint is coming back in March. I would like to find out if this is indeed true. I have tried the BB cream and do not like it at all. I loved the Sheer Tint product and refuse to purchase any other Estée Lauder products unless it returns.

Neither of the shades work well with skin that has a pink undertone. Too yellow. Otherwise, it's a pretty good product.

I loved the daywear sheer tint moisturizer, and this is not a good substitute at all! I like to wear the daywear foundation and this is much to heavy to wear under it. WHAT now????

I love this product. I don't like wearing a heavy foundation. I use this as my foundation and then use the mineral loose powder. Gives light, natural look. A little goes a long way so it lasts a long time.

i am 35, oily t zone with few spots/blemishes.
didnt cover my spots/blemishes even after two coats. looked obvious that i had makeup on especially around mouth and bridge of nose. i prefer a more natural look.
positives - nice smell, good SPF, didnt feel heavy.
i would deffinatley use if i didnt have any flaws to hide.
