Resilience Lift
Date:April 24, 2013
Best For: anti aging, pure radience
I have used Resilience Lift for years and although there were times that I tried other moisturizing creams, I always return to Resilience Lift. It must be working because no one believes me when I tell them I am 64. I never try anything else any more. This cream is wonderful.

Good for age 30+
Date:April 12, 2013
Best For: age 30+
This is a good day cream for women over 30+. I'm 22 years old, I was looking for a day cream with "spf" and to be honest, this cream is too over for me. It makes my skin oily, and I got an acne after using this. Fortunately, my mother liked it, she has dry skin, and she's happy with the product.
Best For: softness, moisture, people who don't mind bad smell on their face, no need for line/ wrinkle reduction, everyday use, quick results
With all the spring "gifts with purchase" (RIP Lilly Pulitzer) I began sampling both Time Zone and this one. Time Zone felt dense, greasy & heavy yet ironically NOT very moisturizing. I gave those all to my mother. This one didn't seem very promising initially, but over several weeks to one month, my skin is SO soft now! I never have used moisturizers ever...but now age is dictating changes. I do find the consistency somewhat greasy in the jar, but it doesn't apply that way. It smoothed out upon contact and was actually very light-weight but effective. My MAIN complaint at this point is the awful smell. Day Wear smells so wonderful that I fail to understand why this one actually stinks. It almost smells "rotten" and I only use the .5 ounce jar...I hate to think how bad the full size would smell after always dipping into it. It seems EL has several formulations per item (normal/ combo/ dry)...perhaps a "scented" and "unscented" could be created. Not a perfume odor, but something clean like the cucumber-ishness of Day Wear. I see so many complaints with regard to smell here. Many complaining of the scents *I* like as too strong! I have to disagree and say that a scent is FAR more desirable than medicinal odor of what is supposed to be nothing. I already FEEL old needing this product, I don't like smelling like it (my apologies to my mother & grandmother, but it's just the way it is). The Day Wear isn't enough for me or else I'd pick it for SCENT ALONE over everything else!!! I know noses and preferences vary, but I do love the smell of Day Wear and my mother-in-law thinks it's cute she can use the lovely scent and I use this icky one (must be nice to have perfect skin). Anyway, I do really recommend this product on it's function while being a huge complainer regarding it's smell. I still gave 4 high stars because let's agree function should indeed outweigh odor. But for the price...shouldn't we have it all? Just as another note: I see no fine line improvement at all. My skin seems plumper, softer and even firmer around my jaw line. But, lines are totally unaffected at all. My husband has even noticed my skin and adores touching my face...but will only nuzzle after enough perfume (Sensuous Nude) to kill the medicine-chest smell. If smell isn't an issue for you and you want softness and firmness without needing care for lines/ wrinkles, this DOES it's job quite well.

It's Time to Bring Back The Original
Date:March 31, 2013
I tried this newer formulation of Resilience Lift, and cannot say I was overly impressed. It was OK, but nothing special. The original formulation (i.e. when Resilience was originally launched in the early 90's) was SO much better. It was a thick, light salmon-colored creme...and had a quite different consistency than this current formula.
I understand the idea of "improving" products in order to keep up with skincare technological advances. However, sometimes the older products simply perform better than the new ones. I think this is the case with Resilience. As EL has continued to reformulate Resilience over the last 20 years now, its effectiveness seems to have declined.
Sometimes newer is not always better. I notice that Swiss Performing Extract (which is an old EL formulation) still has a HUGE following....because it works. I think the original Resilience is another candidate for "sticking with a classic, timeless EFFECTIVE formulation".

Resilience Lift face and neck creme
Date:March 8, 2013
Best For: any skin, white old
I have used this product for years. At age 76, I have no wrinkles except around my mouth. My brown spots have faded, my face is smooth and opaque. I also use the night creme, eye creme, and before the cremes, I use Idealist skintone illuminator in the morning and perfectionist wrinkle lifting serum at night. To finish off in the morning, I use daywear in place of makeup and sunscreen. this is also an anti-oxidant.

At Last!
Date:March 8, 2013
Best For: all aging concerns
I have been using high end skin care since my early 20s everyone should cut their teeth on Estee's Swiss P.E. I am very upset over a competitor's similar lifting cream at 20 bucks more. It smelled, burned, reddened, but Estee I can always count on her. I purchased this and the eye cream in a department store and it is GREAT. Light, non greasy, very light, pleasant scent and none in the eye cream! I could see a difference with one application. I am the worst skin critic going, and I hate myself for not trying this first as I am stuck with $112 products I can't use or return. Thank you E.L. I've returned to the fold after years!

Great lifting product
Date:October 19, 2012
I just turned 50 in september and I started using this product around two weeks before my birthday. I received a sample of this cream several months ago and just never used it since I was using another skin care system. While browsing the site, I started reading reviews on some of the skin care lines. I decided to try this product along with the EL sample serums I had collected over time. To my pleasant surprise, this product far exceeded my expectations. I could actually feel my skin tighten on my face and neck. I have been taking care of my skin since my 20s so I do not have wrinkles but I have noticed the mariionette lines and the nasal folds. My jawline was beginning to look slack as well. I had a Drs appointment a week after my birthday. My doctor had a new PA that I had never met before. She did not believe that I was 50 and asked me to verify my birth date. Earlier this week I had another appointment with another Dr. to arrange my colonostapy (sp). She did not believe that I was 50 and declared that I was the youngest looking 50 year old she had ever seen. Now full disclosure, I have been told for a very long time that I did not look my age; however, my new regimen using the Resilience lift cream, the wrinkle serum and the night recovery have really turned back the clock for me. People are telling me that I look like i am in my 20s; no more than early 30s. The regimen has almost eradicated the nasal folds and the marionette lines. Estee Lauder is expensive but for me, it is well worth the cost. Customer-For-Life!!!!!!!!

Truly amazing
Date:October 17, 2012
I have struggled with adult acne for years, to the point where I would never have tried a creamy product like this. However, in my recent mascara purchase this item came free as part of a gift promotion and it is truly amazing. It is formulated for combination skin and didn't make me break out at all. Better yet, it has improved the texture and appearance of my skin and even seems to be reducing the look of my acne scars. Normally my skin is so touchy that I break out if I don't wash it at exactly the same time of day, so I was very weary of trying this product, but it was a great decision. I will be buying this from now on.

Wonderful Creme
Date:October 13, 2012
After ordering Estee Lauder's Resilience Lift, I happily anticipated receiving the package in the mail. I especially like the gift with purchase deals and gave my 81 year old mother one of the extra Resilience Lift cremes. It was her first time using this wonderful product and she now knows why I love Estee Lauder. You have a new fan.

I am in my 60's and have had a problem with wrinkles on my neck - right below my chin. I have tried many lotions and decided to bite the bullet and spend a lot more money to see if it works. Actually, it does seems to be better....is it worth the money (am on a very limited budget) - not sure yet.
