I waited five months to purchase the Private Collection Tuberose Gardenia Eau de Parfum. So silly! When I finally purchased it, I was thrilled with the product! It lasts from morning to night and I have received many compliments. The combination of tuberose and gardenia is so fragrant. Gardenia reminds me of my grandmother who was very modern and had great taste. She would have loved this perfume as much as I do. Great job, Aerin!

Best For: any time, to make you feel happy, be sure and try the body cream, to make you feel pretty
This is the best parfum spray ever!! The body cream last for ever and I get complements on it all day. Love love it.

I 've decided to try out this new Parfum, have seen an adv. in a magazine. I like it, the scent in the beginning seemed a little bit strong, but in a second it became very light and warm.

The smell of the islands....

Growing up, we spent Easter in Southern Florida, at the same time the gardenia's were in bloom. I would love to get the front bedroom and linger in the fresh morning smell of gardenia's on the cool air.
Later, my husband and I honeymooned no Tahiti. I must admit that Bora-Bora remains my favorite island as far as accomodations, but the tahitian gardenia's, (Gardenia taitensis), te tiare,on the island of Huahine, were some of the most magnificent flowers and smells I have ever encountered.
This perfume brings backwonderful memories. And, it leaves me feeling fresh, clean and sexy.

For me, tuberose gardenia is not too heavy, but, it is definately not a perfume for the frangrance meek. It has a distinctive smell that lingers and you want to be careful to not apply too much or it could get too "heady"...especially if you will be in a warm, closed in, stuffy winter room/environment.
It's heady and romantic....clean and fresh...I could inhale, close my eyes, relax and lose myself to the memories this frangrance has for me. I personally could wear it anytime of the year but I can see how many people in the Northern Hemisphere would prefer it as a Spring or Summer fragrance.
Other fragrances I would call my "signature" fragrance, aside from this one are: Samsara (for winter)

Opium (also winter)
This does remind me ever so slightly of "Flowers by Kenzo", but unfortunately for Kenzo, the shape of the bottle, hinders you and makes it almost impossible to travel with.

A Perfume I Love!

I am crazy about perfumes, I have one for every occasion and can never determine which one to use. However, I have never been able to find one that I can call my own.
When I received a sample of Tuberose Gardenia, I knew it had to be mine. It has such amazing, lush (but not overpowering) top notes and the base notes afterwards are just as striking. I've received compliments on it already, and I love that I can still smell it on me hours afterwards unlike other perfumes I have. It is so rich and classic - truly timeless. It is not seasonal or occasional. Just a fragrance that makes me feel truly beautiful.
I can honestly say that this is my number one fragrance. Other fragrances will be and have already been given away to friends and family. Of course I will keep one or two fragrances for a change every once in a while but I have never fallen in love with a perfume like this before. The emotions and feelings evoked with the high-quality notes cannot be replicated and this can be worn by women of all ages it is truly so graceful.

Having used Estee Lauder fragrances for over 45 years, this is my most favorite. People stop me on the street, in a shop, at a party or at church to ask me what perfume I am wearing. It is my signature scent!

This is the most gorgeous eau de parfum I have ever used.
It smells exactly of gardenias, my favourite flower, and the tuberose only adds to its deliciousness.

Remember Grace Kelly in "To Catch a Thief" when she swans through the lobby wearing that huge hat and killer outfit? This is what I imagine the scent she wears. No wonder Cary Grant followed her!

Bought this perfume and apply one squirt to my shirt and one to my hair so the scent won't interact with my skin and change. It's such a lovely floral smell that Others have begun to ask me what I wear for perfume. Very light yet endures a day's activities.
