I am so disappointed in the new product! I can honestly say that I have seen no difference in my skin at all since I purchased the product. I use to love it and could definitely see a difference! I will look for another serum for my wrinkles since the new one does not do the job! How long will it take for our friends at EL to return to the original?

Best For: no one!
The original formula was one of my "holy grail" products...LOVED the stuff...Now my brown spots that were gone for years are showing again (and notice the bottle no longer references them so this product actually does LESS than the original). This product is not near what the original was and costs more! I am a believer of the old adage, if it ain't broke don't fix it! Based on reviews I am reading EVERYWHERE, I'm not the only one who feels this way! Now I have to find a product that does everything this one USED to do. I am hoping the same will happen as did when they stopped making the original Coke formula for the "New Coke" which everyone hated...and Classic Coke was then brought back after the uproar. Please bring back the original product and leave well enough alone!

Disappointed!
I am a long-time user of Estee Lauder, and the original product is much more effective than this one. I am now actively looking for a product that will work like the original.

As a long-time user of Estee Lauder products, I am now looking for another "serum". This one is not as good as its predecessor. I would return to the old one if possible. Additionally, this one works out to be twice as expensive as the old one based on use!

It never occurred to me this would be less effective than the original, and I was so very disappointed. I'm sure I'm not unique, and I'm just as sure that others like the new product. Could you please carry both the original CP+ and this one? That would be amazing!
