I have tried just about every lip balm/conditioner known to man, and Estee Lauder's lip conditioner is absolutely the best! I was thrilled to find this on esteelauder.com, I couldn't get it at the department store anymore. I will continue to order online. Easy and convenient!

If you use chap stick every day, this conditioner is thing to have. Leaves your lips so smooth, so soft. Dosn't have any aftertaste. Absolutely the best product I have ever tried. Love it love it love it.

Good lip treatment but you have to be careful because it's soft and I'm afraid if I press down to heavy it will break. So I raise it very low at the top to prevent this.

This is a wonderful lip conditioner.
I use it often. It's like a vacation for my lips, keeps them soft and moist.
I have two of them, I keep one in the home and one for the car.
There is something special about this lip conditioner!

I have used this lip conditioner for a long time. It is the best I have found on the market. I use this underneath my lipstick in the morning and I put it on before I go to bed at night. It keeps my lips soft and supple. I would recommend this to anybody who needs a lip conditioner.

Best For: everyone who wants their lips to feel soft
To prove how if works...if you put it on before you go to bed you will wake up in the morning and conciously realize how smooth and conditioned your lips feel. THEN you remember you put the conditioner on before bed. You feel the effects and then remember why it feels that way. I use it at least twice and day and keep several in convenient places. My son complained of dry lips one night several years ago and I had him try this, Since then he has actually asked for it!!

I play the flute professionally, and this lip balm puts my lips into the condition I need to play well -- soft, flexible, no dry skin to interfere with the air stream. PLEASE KEEP IT AS A PART OF THE ESTEE LAUDER PRODUCT LINE!

As soon as I brush my teeth in the morning, I put a heavy dose of this on my lips. After I am dressed & have put my make-up on, then I can finally apply my lipstick. This lip conditioner is the secret to well nourished, healthy, lovely, soft alluring lips. Every since I started using this product he just cant resist kissing me; and well why do we bother anyway but to be kissed......well. All I can say is, well, it worked for me ladies. It's worth every penny.

I have used the lip conditioner for years. I just reordered two more. Something has definitely changed! My latest lip conditioner has much less product than before. The product is so thin, it broke off after I used it for a few weeks. It almost seems like it melts in my purse. I am so disappointed because it has been a longtime staple in my make- up case.

Very moist and smooth. Just right actually. The container gave me a hard time opening so I had to get a screwdriver to turn it to raise lip conditioner. Don't know if there is a secret to opening it, a hidden mechanism maybe. It is nice but needs to be checked somehow for defects in the turning of the capsule before being sent out to a customer. No damage during shipping. Works great after opened.

An average lip conditioner. Moisturizes my lips as well as the $2 drugstore ones. Stays on for a short period of time, I have to keep reapplying it. Also, because it dries fairly quickly on my lips, it makes my lips super red, so it's definitely not one of those products I can wear alone (need to wear a nude lipstick on top to neutralize it). For me, just not worth the price.

For those of us who horde lip balms by the dozen, you can confidently toss them and call this "the one"! Smooth,
