Best lip liner - but please bring back Chestnut!

After years of trying different lip liners and never being satisfied, I tried Estee Lauder. It's the best lip liner I have ever come across - goes on smoothly, not too dry, doesn't wear off as quickly as others, great color! For years and years I used Chestnut, and then it disappeared. Instant panic. I looked everywhere to no avail. I tried other brands, trying to find a color that resembled Chestnut - no luck. I now have to make do with Spice, but it's not the same. Sigh. I would give this product 5 stars, but took away a star for discontinuing the best color ever. Please bring it back!

I am very very disappointed to learn that Poppy Red is no longer available and not only that, there is no other color that even comes close! All the colors offered now are earthtoned and I want and need "color". There are not enough colors to choose from. This has been a very very good color and very very good eyeliner that stays on very well, but now no color is offered that I can use! Very unhappy and hope and pray EL brings Poppy Red back!!!!!!! Soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best For: lining your lips for a peach or pink lipstick
I have been using this automatic lip pencil for more than 15 yrs. now. The color Rose Coral is perfect for peachy or pink lipsticks. I also love the fact that I can order the refill when I am running out. This is a sure WINNER!

I've been using your products for over 15 years. Most of the colors stay on. But the color midnight plum was the best of all. stayed on the longest, kept lips from getting dry. PLEASE bring it back! I've tried sooo many other ones. the only other one that comes close is chocolate. Again PLEASE CONSIDER BRINGING MIDNIGHT PLUM BACK!!!!!! Thanks

I LOVE this product. Have been using it for years and it's, BY FAR, the best lip pencil around. But you've gotten rid of ALL of the good colors. I've tried FOUR of the remaining colors and don't like them. Bring Chestnut back! Or Midnight Plum! So I LOVE this pencil ... but don't like the colors now. :(

I've used this liner, Terra is my favorite, for many years. It goes on easily and it can be made wider, heavier, or thin, depending upon how you apply it. The liner blends well with either gloss or lip color. Staying power is great - I sip coffee all morning and it still stays on until lunch! I like this product a lot!

I have used this product for many years and have never ever looked around for anything that might be better. However, unfotunately, now I will have to check out the competitors since my favorite shade (Poppy Red) has been discontinued! There isn't even another red that you offer! And from the reviews I've read from other customers, they too are disappointed with their lip liner shades being discontinued. You offer red lipsticks, but no red lip liner. Will you be bringing another red into your line?

I have used this lip liner for many, many years, it's the best....but they have now discontinued the Chestnut shade, which is all I've used. I am very disappointed. I tried the Spice but do not like it. The other available colors are not true brown, except for the Chocolate, and that's too dark. I am looking around to find another brand to replace the Chestnut color. I also tried to buy any "leftovers" but none were available, which tells me this color was popular. Why do you discontinue colors??? Please bring back Chestnut.

I LOVE the Soft Pink why did they discontinue....blondes all always left out in all color categories. When you are fair you cannot wear those brown tones on the lips

Best For: travel and carrying around (it's small), long-lasting color, doesn't need sharpening
I love this refill because it can be used without the big applicator and doesn't need sharpening, so it's great for travel or carrying in a tiny purse. I just store it in the small clear cylinder that it comes in, and when I need to touch up, I pull it out of the cylinder and turn the refill to open, apply and close, then top it with moisturizing lip balm to make it creamy and keep my lips moist. That works much better than lipstick. My only complaint is that they got rid of Soft Pink, so now I can use only one color daily -- Rose Coral. The others are too dark for me for day (and many nights). And I'm too busy to deal with lip liners that require sharpening.

I love the product because I can just buy this without having to buy a whole new lip pencil. And I can take the brush off of my lip pencil and snap one of these in its' place so I can have two shades on one pencil which saves some room in my makeup bag. The product goes on creamy and I get a lot of nice compliments on my lips when I use it. I am glad I found this product.
