I love this makeup base, it is my inexpensive everyday/go/to when I am not working. I love the coverage. I love the choice of colors. The base is not oily at all, so if you have dry skin, you probably will not want to buy this product. If you have normal skin it is perfect.

Tried and True Makeup Base

I have been using Estee Lauder Fresh Air Makeup Base ever since my mother-in-law got me started using it 47 years ago. I was so disappointed that my local department store discontinued it and was told the EL did not make it any more. But then I went online to the EL website and was elated to find it there.
It is the best makeup base... so light and fresh, covers just enough without that "pasty" feeling. I constantly get compliments on my complexion, as being glowing and smooth. I have few wrinkles at 69 years of age. I owe it all to Estee Lauder and one other skin care item.

I have used the same foundation for 40 years and don't plan to change now. It is so nice to have a product that feels like 'home' to me, I don't even want to try others as I can't find anything wrong with this one..thanks so much.

i have been looking for a good foundation for quite some time. i could not find anything that would really satisfy me. i went to estee lauder page and decided to give a try to fresh air makeup base. it is worth every penny that i had spent! it is really amazing how fresh my skin looks after application. it is definitely one of the best products ever!

I've been using this foundation for at least 25 years. I hope it never gets discontinued. I have never had an issue with coverage or breakouts using this foundation.

Best For: all day wear a smooth finish and a natural look.
This is the best foundation that I have ever used. I've tried others but always come back to the Fresh Air Makeup Base.
It goes on smoothly, stays on all day and gives coverage without a heavy build up of foundation. I just hope this isn't one of the products that Estee Lauder will discontinue like they have done with other great products.

This is the 1st time I bought foundation on line. I was using Estee Lauder Double Wear TAWNY 37 before. I like it very much.
This time I shopped on line and read a lots of positive reviews before I pay it. I selected two Fresh Air foundation. One is IVORY MIST and another is LINEN BEIGE. It looks great color on screen. But When I got the products, I disappointed. Both color is a kind of greyish pink. It's not good for my skin color.
By the way, I have light yellow skin.

I ordered this after reading the reviews here and am thrilled with it. It is lightweight and doesn't give me a matte, makeup look yet covers. I was afraid the color would be too dark but it's perfect. Price is right, too, so I can spend more money on face care products and makeup.

Nice - but a little dry

I ordered this for the first time. I found that it went on dry, but I hadn't used a moisturizer before applying. The next day I did use a moisturizer and it went on a lot better. I do put a little powder over top - nice coverage.

I am 20 years old and have tried numerous foundation products from almost every brand. Fresh Air is by far the best foundation I have ever used. It is so creamy and smooth and does not cake on. Unfortunately, it is hard to find in stores now and I hope they change that. But, I would highly recommend this product!

This is the best foundation I have found. It looks great and works for my whole face - oily areas and dry areas. Medicated makeups dried out my skin, and other foundations made it too oily and prone to break out.

Fresh Air Makeup Base in Linen Beige is such a fine-quality foundation & a perfect color for my light olive skin tone. It covers sun spots well & leaves a dewy, glowing finish.

This is by far the best makeup Estee Lauder makes. I have been using this makeup for 25+ years. I keep hearing from department stores they are going to discontinue this make up I really hope Estee does not. I bought the Invisible fluid makeup because I was told it was similar to the Fresh Air makeup, I can tell you it is not. I really hope you continue to keep this makeup around.

I began using Fresh Air some 30 years ago on the recommendation of my dermatologist. Over the years I have tried many new and supposedly wonderful substitutions. None of them measure up. Fresh Air feels good on the skin and covers really well.

I used to wear a different color that is no longer available. I've tried some of the newer products but they are all too heavy. I love that this covers well but isn't heavy at all. Goes on easily. Please do not discontinue this foundation....ever!

Fresh Air Make up....Newport Beige Best ever

I have been using Estee Lauder Make Up for over 40 years and Have been using the Newport Beige. I certainly hope they don't discontinue this make up. I am over 70 and it makes my skin feel fresh and natural. I have a few friends that I have recommended it to as well. We love it.
