Doesn't moisturize. My skin is really DRY!!!!.

I've tried other Estee Lauder skincare products (with large size samples), i was happy with them. I ordered this set with hope.
I can't tell if it prevents any aging signs because i can't get over how dry my skin gets, to the point of flaking. I apply these day and night as directed. I was puzzled why the jar labeled "DayWear" instructs me to use it a.m. AND p.m.
The products are thick (after 2 layers) and doesnt get absorbed well.
In any case as soon as i decide on replacement products, i'm ditching this set.
